I also run wellbeing topics including bullying and its impact, friendships and resilience to secondary schools and workshops around neurodiversity and its impact on mood.
In addition to my private practice, I work in the NHS in Health Centres in Hounslow and Richmond boroughs and in secondary schools. I have previously worked in Kings College Hospital Psychotherapy Department, West London Centre for Counselling and in a Mediation Centre counselling children and young people of parents who are coming to the end of their marital relationship. I have a wide range of experience working with different issues within these age groups as well as working with a diverse range of people. As part of my Counselling work, I facilitate workshops to young people and adults that are centred around wellbeing topics and neurodiversity and depression.
